SAVE the horses!!!! We all hear it, but what are we willing to do about it? USESR needs more than just your pat on the back (but keep those up, they are very encouraging!); the horses need more than just your pat on our back. The horses need your time. As precious as your time is, if you spent just a few short hours per week volunteering to help the horses, you will be making a difference in hundreds of horses' lives.

Help horses while meeting wonderful people who share your same interests when you join USESR and become an active volunteer. At this time, we are seeking people who want to get involved. While your membership is appreciated, nothing can take the place of an active membership in our rescue. Most volunteer positions require zero to five hours per week. We have an extensive list of volunteer positions available for you, so that you can see if there is anything you can do for us, and therefore, for the horses.

Lots of experience? Take pride in mentoring. No experience? Find the mentoring you seek with USESR. Our Foster Care Providers' level of experience range from none to many years.

Not everyone has the facilities to house and foster equine. We have many members who live inside city limits, sometimes they are apartment dwellers. There is so much you can do for the equine, you do not need to own or foster an equine, and no experience is ever necessary at USESR. Check out our Volunteering section for ways to help.

Membership levels begin at just $25.00 per year. We won't ask you for monthly dues. The time you choose to devote will be up to you.
